Here at Heirloom Watch Co., we believe goodwill runs both ways. We want our clients to feel we are transparent, honest, and direct about all of our proceedings. In turn, we request the same from our clients.

As we are a family-run business and highly relationship oriented, when we quote you a price, it is based on the condition and authenticity you outline to us in our communications. The more you are transparent with us, the more we can guarantee our number will stay the same upon evaluation. Please do your best to accurately describe the condition of your timepiece. Scratches (do not over polish to hide scratches, it will hurt the value of your estimate), replacement parts, missing boxes, warranty card, and instruction manuals or any other price-relevant details must be disclosed to us on the front end of negotiations.

As long as everything is in alignment, we strive to complete payment on our agreed upon price within one business day via wire transfer.

What we do not do is what many of our competitors do; we do not bait and switch. A deal is a deal, mazal is mazal.

We offer the high end of fair pricing to all of our clients. We will wire the full amount within 24 hours of our receiving and authenticating your timepiece. As a token of our good will, we will always pay for shipping.

Brand New In Box Came directly from dealer, unsized, unworn, unpolished. Retail Ready May have had sizing, some surface scratches, and/or very minor polish. Bezel and crystal should be clean. Mint May have small scratches on bezel/crystal, may require a polish. Worn very few times. Used Watch has been worn. May have been sized and/or has scratches on bezel/crystal/bracelet.
